The Council of Moscow in declared that the Ancient of Days was the Son and not the Father, and that the depiction of the Fathers as the Ancient of Days was forbidden.

What does it mean that God is the Ancient of Days?
Verse 13 refers to two distinct Beings, one is called 'the Son of man', and the other is the one referred to as the "ancient of days. This verse in Psalm references three people, although in English it is a bit confusing since the same word is used to reference two distinct individuals. There is David, who is the narrator.
The word Adoni means sovereign or master. We find our answer in the New Testament.
