The maids done a great job and the hotel and area around pool, bar and the grass was always getting cleaned but the cleaners would never get in your way.

The inclusive was a bit of let down with the food at the snack bar, they only done sandwiches which was a massive let down! The pool was a massive let down it was closed every day while we were here due to children pooing in the pool for 2 hours minimum.

My daughter had to see a doctor twice while here which is 90 euros, the amount of children who had a cough like a bark was a little concerning. There was also only 1 man serving all the people that were there I heard them say it was going to be over 30 mins before they took your order to people I felt sorry for him. Out side the hotel was very quiet and most of it shut around 11 so you were tied to stay in the hotel.

The feedback of our guests helps us to improve day after day the service we are offering. We came back here in June for a third time because we have loved it so much but have to say we wont be returning. Firstly a few positive notes The hotel is exceptionally clean. The cleaning staff and maids work very hard and to a high standard. We stayed self catering and our kitchenette had all essentials in like a kettle,toaster pots and pans. The hotel is situated well. The area has lots of bars,restaurants and shops it is also close to the beach which is a lovely beach.

Now for a few negatives points.

You have to be up at 5am to beat the sunbed brigade! Despite signs saying do not reserve sunbeds. The pool was closed twice during our week stay due to children being sick or pooing in the pool! Unless your child goes to kids club mine never the tui reps have no interaction with you. The entertainment is rubbish.

The kids show was ok my 6 year old enjoyed it but the adult entertainment was so boring from a Halloween type show basically the tui reps dressed in Halloween costumes badly singing thriller to a show of again the tui reps singing songs from musicals.

My oldest child is 11 and there was not much for him to do. They had a "hangout" for his age group but we never seen anything going on or even knew where this was. I would say if u have children up to about 8 this hotel would be good. We enjoyed our holiday and these negative points didn't ruin it but we wont be coming back to the coma gran.

Dear guest, Thank you very much for your review. We are thrilled that you had a pleasant stay at our hotel and everything was to your liking. We spent 10 days there with a four-year old and a one-year old. The bedrooms are cleaned every day bar one. If you want to a for a walk or a jog, there is a nice long promenade running South from the hotel. There is also the Punta de n'Amer North of the hotel - a small peninsula with lots of walking paths, and a small castle on top of it.

They do their best to cater for British palates, but also for those who want to try the local food. Everyone will find something to his taste. You flew from Glasgow, and you want all your savoury food fried, and the desserts extra sweet? You'll find it at every meal. You flew from Leeds Bradford, and you think all proper meals should include roast meat, chips and gravy?

You flew from Heathrow, you like poached eggs on whole bread for breakfast, you like your vegetables colourful, grilled fish and ripe fruit for dessert? You'll be happy as Larry. Some of the local food was extremely good fish, cured ham. Do not worry about social homogeneity though, there are also a few over-tattooed, vest-wearing, selfie-taking, chain-smoking specimen, as well as some smartphone-addict, sulking teenagers, for everyone's entertainment. I was worried about chaos at the buffet, with children running everywhere, but they were all well behaved and kept under control.

The only children which caused me any concern at meal times were mine! It was basic, but I thought it was a nice touch. Also, on the last day we had to leave before the restaurant opened, but it's still possible to go there for a coffee and cold breakfast. Well, the negative points now:
