The author does a great job of listing and explaining all the ways you can use apple vinegar in your daily life to boost your health, loose weight and even clean naturally. To say that this book is informative is a massive understatement! This book literally tells you everything you ever wanted to know about the uses of apple vinegar in your daily life. After a brief introduction, the book is then divided into several chapters each dealing with a different use for vinegar in the home.

The ones I found most helpful were the chapters on weight loss which was also the main reason I got this book, since summer is drawing near , and using vinegar to clean your house.

Although the book is a reasonable read, I though that both the writing style and the manner in which the arguments are presented suggested that the book had in fact been constructed from a number of different contributors. It was in chapter nine where I though the book took a considerable detour from the previous subject matter — unless my book had some kind of printing error, Chapter 9 was entirely devoted to the life and times of David Hasselhoff, his singing career, and the co-efficient of friction between his inner thighs and his leather trousers.

After this chapter, Capitalism and Peoplism seemed to take a backseat role altogether, the author preferring to write a delightful peice on Flux Capacitors and the benefits to companies of playing YAHTZEE in customer service departments. Although radical, this approach to staff well-being is certainly welcome in my book, I can think of nothing to strengthen the psychological contract better than a game of YAHTZEE and a rousing sing-song to Heir Hasselhoff. Except perhaps Hasselhoff himself visiting to deliver some motivational speaking, possibly wearing that special jacket that lights up — He single handedly brought down the Berlin Wall you know.
