It was a gradual improvement the longer I used this product. I noticed it wasn't as hard to get up from sitting a long time I could get up in the mornings and walk across the room easier. A specific example was going to the movies and being able to get up and immediately start walking down the stairs without holding on to the rail and taking one step with both feet until I loosened up.
