Great restaurant with outdoor seating, in-door pool and workout room. Employees very customer oriented and a pleasure to deal with. I travel a lot in the Vegas area for business and this property is one of the best by far!

Beautifully renovated, it is obvious the staff take pride in their product. I had the pleasure of meeting the General Manager, Jeff who spoke passionately about Guest Service standards and his pride in the hotel! I was very proud when Hannah Carney, my editor, told me that normally at least five photographs would have to be rescanned, but all of mine were good. She said that she normally takes more than five hours to check the images, but it took her less than one hour to check mine.

Later, the printer suggested that I replace one photograph because the print was blurry. I am proud that this sixty something lady could learn that process. Now if I can just figure out how to use my cell phone! In researching my book, I came across photographs by Bill Belknap. I had heard of him, and Gene Segerblom had also mentioned the Belknaps. I ordered several of the prints and paid a small charge, but the usage fee was waived. Although the process of writing my book was very time consuming, I enjoyed every moment. Several family members and friends were of help in researching.

I dedicated the book to four wonderful women. We could not even imagine the Museum without them. Couples in particular like the location — they rated it 8. This hotel is also rated as the best value in Boulder City! Guests are getting more for their money when compared to other properties in this city. The room was very very clean and Breakfast, Brunch, Lunch, Dinner, Cocktail hour. WiFi is available in all areas and is free of charge. We arrived in time for the lighting of the Christmas tree right near the hotel. Free bottled water at the pool is a plus! Would have liked a light in closet but overall it was comfortable.

Hoover Dam

Totally booked when we were there so one night parking was tricky. Great deal on breakfast if you got the tasty special. I would recommend it as B C is cute little town and access to Hoover Dam excellent. The breakfast at The Tap was incredible. We also went there for happy hour! The quick drive to Hoover Dam was also a bonus. Thank you Best Western and Mike, keep up your excellence! The gentleman at the front desk at 5: She explained everything and had change for the laundry machines. Room , close to the elevator was very noisy the whole night caused by late guests passing in front of the room with their baggage.

Nice place in a cute town.

The hardwood floor was sticky. The breakfast a real joke The price is way to high for a motel type place.

It is at the Motel 6 level. Good bed, good bathroom nice indoor pool and jacuzzi.

The pull out sofa was awful there was like plastic under the sheets and every time we moved it crunches and kept everyone in the room awake. You guys need new sofa beds. We allgod absolutely no sleep. The room was nice and the hot tub was hot pool was cold. The breakfast is served in a dirty bar - don't bother. Go to the Starbucks a few blocks away. Hotel was okay; pretty basic. Hotel is nothing like the photo on Bookng! The parking is small. No place for my van with a lift because there is only one space that accommodates and a small vehicle was parked there.

Beautiful location, quiet rooms, wonderful pool spa area, staff was exceedingly friendly and interactive. Nice grab and go breakfast nothing fancy but a good starter. Loved the room, amenities were great! Worked for us for two nights. Although I slept through most of it, my husband was kept awake by trouble out on the street which involved yelling, fighting and police cars! It was a Saturday night We didn't spend enough time in the area to comment on if that kind of thing happens regularly though.

Convenient half hour drive down from Vegas to start roadtrip down to the Grand Canyon in the early morning! Very friendly welcome from the lovely lady on reception!! Comfortable and clean room to sleep in after traveling for 24hrs!!! Beds are not great. Quiet location - well maintained property. I like the cleanliness of laminate flooring - but that adds to the noise level. I didn't like that we opted out of staying because we got to bolder city so early that we just continued on to PHX but we did call and ask to give our room to another couple they would not do that but made us pay for that room anyway thats not good business if you ask me.
