Kids were running up and down the hallway. Breakfast area was congested. A dog in the room below mine barked loudly and drove my dogs crazy. The front desk clerks did everything they could, but it went on for over an hour.

It's a good choice. There are tons of restaurants and shops in the area, and it's convenient to Memphis. The rooms are clean, and there's a pool and laundry room. I love the staff, they're exceptional. Great place for the price; I recommend it.

The heater in the 1st room didn't work well and kept shutting off, so I had trouble sleeping. I requested a room change the next day, and it was much better. I was able to get a good night's sleep. The lobby furniture was dirty, and there was a problem with the guest computer that the staff wasn't concerned about.

I wasn't comfortable with this, so I didn't stay. The room carpet, shower, and bathtub were dirty, and the staff was rude. It was the worst motel stay I've experienced. The furniture was cheap, and the TV picture was too dark. The staff wasn't customer-friendly. I checked out after one night and stayed somewhere else. Not a bad hotel. The hotel was in excellent condition, and we appreciated the true HDTV and complimentary wine when we arrived. Easy walk to restaurants.

I had to ask someone to vacuum the floor the night I arrived because there was debris and bits of paper on the carpet.

I reported both issues to the front desk. All the employees we encountered were extremely courteous and helpful. The AC was noisy. I left my nightgown behind, but when I called, I was told it hadn't been found. The carpet could've been cleaner. Ask for a room away from the highway. My room was big, clean, and quiet. The employees were friendly, and breakfast was nice. The building seemed new and well-maintained, and the room was nicely furnished. Good hot breakfast, and I was pleasantly surprised by the 3 free drinks per adult and free hot supper in the evening. The dining area was spacious and nicely laid out. Stay at this hotel.

The room was nice, the staff was friendly, and breakfast was excellent. My request for a 1st floor room was honored. The suite was well-maintained, clean, and well-stocked, and the furnishings were comfortable. The staff was exceptionally pleasant, welcoming, and helpful. If you want affordable comfort, this is the place for you.

The chair was filthy, and the shower smelled like mold.

When I told the hotel clerk, she had an attitude and said she'd send someone to clean the bathroom. No one ever came. Find another place to stay. I wouldn't stay here again. Located in a high-traffic area, so plan ahead. Good place to stay, especially if you have a dog. We had trouble with the TV, but the issue was resolved.

The bathroom and sink area outside of it smelled like mildew. It was fine for the price. I called the front desk and the clerk said he was on his way, but instead of removing the lizard, he moved us to another room at 1 AM. The bed was great, and breakfast had options for a diabetic.
