Transport-wise we've never needed to wait for a taxi as there's always one waiting; nor did we had any trouble getting anywhere, staff does a excellent job directing the drivers. We loved having you as our valued guest and wish to have other chance serving you again. Staff were all friendly and professional. Hotel provides shuttle service to many tourist destinations like Ben Than market and Notre Dame Cathedral. Alternatively, plenty of cabs on site for you to call. Spacious room, clean, with great amenities. We are delighted to receive your lovely words showing how impressive you were at our hotel.
We hope to have you again at our humble hotel very soon. Club Lounge access also allowed complimentary breakfast, afternoon tea and evening snacks. We would say the Club Lounge access is definitely worth getting. The Club Lounge has plenty of space and the staff there are helpful and accommodating The Suite itself is modern, bright and generally clean with no visible wear and tear.
The pictures posted by the hotel and customers are accurate. There is a shopping mall called Now Zone just next door.

Here you can find a food court. Here lies the problem we found with Ho Chi Minh City, which we would like to point out for any first time visitors like us. We were reliant on walking, hotel shuttle bus and taxis. Taxis are very cheap compared to Western countries. Before the trip we found that taxis are unregulated in Vietnam.
We only used recommended Vinasun taxis predominately white in colour with green and red stripes. Note it was hard in getting a taxi if it is raining and not all Vinasun taxis can be trusted. Men and women opened their suitcases to locate passports.
