Please try again later. The textbook was fairly unfocused and it was difficult to discern the important information from the unimportant. The book could also use more figures and have better summaries after every chapter because there are pages upon pages of complete text which makes it hard to absorb. Good, but very dense. There's a lot of good information on different studies, but it can get a little exhaustive.

I did like the example boxes and felt they helped give a 'real world' context to the topics, theories, and behaviors being covered. My only real complaint is that they have bolded vocabulary words, but NO glossary of definitions, and they aren't always necessarily explained well enough in the text to make up for the lack of one. I ordered this textbook and had an absolute nightmare with the shipping. Once I finally recieved the product it had the wrong content inside!!

It says Introduction to Forensic Psychology, however, the textbook inside is actually Physiological Systems of Insects. Kindle Edition Verified Purchase.

So far this book is quite interesting. I just started reading it. Book for class, learned a lot of interesting stuff from this book and actually enjoyed it as a textbook. I use this book in my Forensic Psychology classes at Uni. The book is detailed, informative and an all-round excellent source of information. I refer to it almost daily.
