Cat Cora's crispy baked chicken has fewer calories than the fried version and about half the fat. I really liked the touch of spice from the hot sauce. I added a pint of canned green beans. I use the leftovers on tortilla chips with cheese and it's amazing! I love how wonderful it tastes with so few ingredients. It's best made with whole milk or half-and-half.
