So Freely
This is counterproductive, if only because it confuses things. It would be better to have one standard that is acceptable to all. If you are a little further out, but still within the effective range of the smg, you should be ADS and if you are missing your shots, tap fire to control spread which is the most likely reason you will be missing if your aim is true. The whole point is about feedback, which is probably what real world usage of tracer bullets are too as well. Players do not have much time to process split-second decisions, like aim correction.
So if you have tracer bullets being fired often, you can see the bullet go off to the side.

Doesn't matter if it is because of bad hip-fire from the player or whatever. You want to give the player all the feedback you can so that they do not suffer from lack of information.

Sure this is not realistic but it is an extrapolation of real world practices of having tracer bullets every 5 rounds, just changed to maybe one every 2 or 3 instead. Because my gameplay experience, as a player, is more important than revealing my position to the enemies.
This also helps when you're getting shot at because it is impossible to see normal bullets fly through the air. So if the shooter has tracer bullets, you can tell where they are shooting from and you can dodge. Maybe DICE should give players the option to equip their weapons with non-tracer bullets, I'm sure that wouldn't be too hard to implement and that way player who rely on tracers for aim correction can keep on doing so, and those that don't will not be forced into betraying their position every time they fire.
The player getting shot at must know where they are being shot from, at least the direction from where the bullet is coming from. Imagine how annoying it is to get killed from someone hiding in a corner you couldn't spot. Imagine this happening all the time because people choose to have 0 tracer bullets in their gun since you're giving them a choice. For some reason alot of people didnt manage to see that, so im guessing youre in a very small minority here. Although i had no problems seeing them, i wouldnt change it.
Now that the sights are going to communicate that in stead, i dont see any reason to keep it in the game.

Tracers on every sniper round? That would make it even easier to find them. Honestly, when I loaded my magazines I usually made the last six rounds tracers so I would have an easy visual indicator of when I'm getting near the dead man's click if things got chaotic and I lost count. Also had a platoon Sergent that would have a magazine that was fully loaded with tracers so could indicate things like when to shift fire and such if one of our squads was assaulting a position.
I honestly don't think that worked very well, but it made him happy. I was comfortable just knowing if my magazine was about to be empty. Would be cool if we could make custom loadouts of our ammunition though. If I remember correctly, the BFV beta seemed good in this aspect.

Like everything else, moderation is key. They could certainly tone them down especially now that your bullets go where your sights are anyway now. Of course what the traders were doing was not a charity business. They were doing it with profit and for profit! The last sentence in the above passage i. There is something not fitting when the things of God are connected to gain, profit, buying and selling for profit.
Every one of us including myself will give account for his doings to God, not to me. This is a fact not a rumor. Purpose of the owning group is to make profits and as big profits as possible for the benefit of its shareholders. This of course cannot be an acceptable target of any Christian ministry or organization involved in things that pertain to God. Ministry and making big profits have nothing in common!
Here I have the truth of the Word. Why, in the age where everything can be made available for free on the internet, not also been made available online for everybody to see?
