Podcasts are both entertaining and absorbing, and will help the time pass quickly as you jog. Love the simplicity of this particular log - the only thing I'd change is the paper. It's too glossy to write on with any pen that's not a ballpoint or a sharpie. I'd love to see the edition to be made from recycled paper.

Otherwise, I love the weekly note sections and areas to record race times - I look forward to using it throughout the year. I have been ordering this calendar book for my husband for the last 10 years. It is perfect for recording his runs, his bike rides, his weight, notes, climate, etc. He loves this record book. It is set up the same every year, but with different inspirational quotes.
I really like having a designated spot to write my mileage and time which is why I bought this. I'd definitely use this over any other plain planner but I just wish each day had more space for other things. Mon-Fri all on one page and I can not physically write very small without being able to read it so it's not ideal for me.
If I can't find the runners world planner next year, I would probably still buy this one. One person found this helpful. I have used this for years to help me track not just my running and walking It has room for comments and actually the weekly inspiration tips are always good! If I were to change anything it would be that I would run the daily account from Sunday-Saturday, not Monday-Sunday as is done since I then transfer the information to the monthly calendar.
Walking only now after 7 marathons and micro fracture surgery but still the best for perpetual record keeping. In the age of digital this and that I still need to have this journal. I lost my oldest ones in a move and I still miss them. Yes, and I still use my Day Timer because it works too and sticks around come April 15th each year.
