During our session we will highlight where you are currently stuck, stopped, stalled or need some illumination on what you need to address and work on so that by the time we are finished …. You have an idea or plan you want to put into your action for your life. You want to make big shifts and are ready to get to work. This is a tailor-made program. Before we start you will have shared with me where you want to be at the end of our time together and the results you want.

Your replies, comments, answers, and thoughts on this form will allow me to identify if I am the right fit and coach for you at this time. I will send you a coaching assessment. This assessment will go deep. The purpose is to gather as much detail, feeling, and information as possible, especially surrounding where you really want to go and what is currently stopping you from getting there.
It will be written out with formed goals, objectives and intentions for our time together. It shall also include values areas that I recommend need your attention and where there are any discrepancies.

I may also suggest and deliver additional tools for you to complete, these will be posted in your private coaching area see below. Your plan will detail why, what, how of what we are covering. Every session and in between you will have clarity and focus on what needs to be completed and why.
You will receive two minute sessions per month via Skype, similar or face-to-face if possible. We are together for three months. The time we spend together will be focused on implementing your plan and allowing space, time and a container for you to unfold in other areas of your life. There will be the opportunity to learn and implement tools, ideas, and practices that will serve you well into the future once the three months is over. The programme is more than 6 sessions.
The space between them are as important, valuable and a key part of the programme. The commitment is 3 months. Between sessions, you will be working on agreements and commitments made during calls, tools, resources and practices that are especially for you and your coaching plan that will help you realise your own unfolding. I will be creating for you and supporting you.
This is a private space for you and I to communicate. In this private space. You can ask for feedback on what you are working on. I will post specific tools and documents for you. I will be available to you for help, support, feedback on what you ask for and accountability.
I am on your side. I will not stand over you harshly with a whip, but I will make my presence known to you by encouragement, support and helping you stay on track. You want transformation and lasting change in your own life and work, and you also want to create an impact in the lives of others.
You do have plans and ideas for your life. You may have already begun. You already know you are in transition but you want someone walking with you along the way. You want to align with your core in a big way. You're serious about your own growth and development, you aren't new to it, but you are ready to move into the action and have someone support you as you design, develop and implement what you are called to create.
Someone who can get you beyond your sticking points and fears. Someone who can insist you are consistently creating from your heart and your head for your life, work, business or career. I love this work. It's action all the way. Not for the feint of heart. Your replies, comments, and answers, thoughts on this form will allow me to identify if I am the right fit and coach for you at this time.
We are together for six months. This programme is intensive. We spend half a year together. The space between sessions are as important, valuable and a key part of the programme. It's been created with over 20 years experience working alongside people from all walks of life. Your core values are the heart, home, and centre of why you are doing what you do and why, and what you are not doing.
It doesn't matter what area of your life you want to bring into the container, at the core of everything is 'you', the you that you've been, the you that is present and the you that you want to become. You will choose which area of your life you specifically want to work on - through the Unfolding and Revive programmes all areas are touched, that's for sure.
Your individualised programme will draw out where you're at, where you've been, what's important to you at this stage in your life, and your experience so far. The whole process starts with the end in mind. You'll explore in depth what is currently happening, what it would look like if the area of your life you transformed, and what you need to acquire and align with now to make it a reality for you. I have worked with many clients and models over the years, many of which were brilliant designed, but there was always something I found missing from many of them.
It is highly personal. It's not solely about the goal, it's about the person behind the goal, the human. It's not solely about success, it's about defining what success looks like for you. It's not a quick and easy route to instant success. It will challenge you at times. It will ask you to think in ways you may have avoided so far. You will be asked to show up fully, please. You will perhaps want to press pause and go back a few steps, you may want to stop, perhaps you will be frustrated. But all these things are part and parcel to human development. If we truly want to move forward, make changes, stand in our own truth then we have to be prepared, ready and willing to get our sleeves rolled up and get stuck into to it.
We shoot the breeze. I listen with empathy. You set a few goals and of you go. It has a start, middle, end, and a few roundabouts I'm sure.

It's a dedication, a commitment, time thirsty process. You will have work to do. Sure, we do meet. But when we are not talking, you are working and so am I. Your programme is going to be as unique as your fingerprint, I will tailor your programme taking into full account where you really are, where you want to be and what needs to happen for you to get there. The programme will come out to meet you. You don't come to meet the programme. We will look at your core. We will pick apart how you are currently running your show.
We don't just look at your goals, intentions and how well you are affirming them. We will look at what's the foundation of holding it up: You will bring the area of life you wish to focus on, and together and through the programme, we will develop how you can show up for yourself completely, in your truth and create it the way you want it to happen.
The core values that are the solid foundations to all life and all build one upon the other. These core values will ensure you that you live empowered and true to who you really are. They will break up any habits that are stopping you from becoming the person you know you can be. The programme will share with you tools, techniques, actions and premises that are specifically designed for you and your life.
There isn't much I hold back. Are you really asking, 'Will she really get me? I would like to. But let's face some hard truth, this is real life and we don't connect deeply with everyone we meet. We can get on, however, this is serious, sometimes hysterical, important life work. You deserve to have someone who gets you deep down, will meet you there, and be with you there. Okay, as it's Day 1 let's start with a little keeping of la house, please read this next wee bit so you know what to expect and don't get freaked by the emails heading your way: Now, A Little Background. This is a course in unlearning. Yeah, I know it sounds a little whacky.
Think about this for a second , what is your opposite to confidence? It's not that simple! You've got real shit going on! But it's still that simple. I have real confidence issues! It's still that simple. The unlearning, well, there is no time scale on that. A lack of confidence is not your fault. I repeat, it's not your fault. A lack of confidence is not the cause, it's the effect. The cause you already know. You may not remember it. But you do have the experience of it. Confidence is such a common word.

When people say to me in coaching sessions they 'don't have the confidence' I really do need to go digging deeper, I need to find out a few things: What do they mean by confidence specifically? Where specifically in their life do they have no confidence? How did they get to their belief? Where did it start? Where is the evidence? What is the desired state? What do you mean by confidence?

People do fill this in, and I can guarantee that there are hundreds of reasons as to why people sign up for this wee course, and hardly any mention the word confidence specifically: Need to learn how to be more assertive. Want to be able to be myself and say no more often. Scared to dive in and pursue what I want to really do. Not positive about my future.
Frustrated with what's happening in life right now. Can't find anything positive at present. Don't believe I will ever be able to do what I want to do. Life has changed and I need to keep up. Struggling to do this all by myself. Want to be speak confidently about what I do in business.
And that's in 3 days. I believe it includes: Is there any part your life where your natural state is confidence? Even though you know it's lacking in others?
Self-efficacy our belief in our ability to succeed in certain situations was nil and void. What I mean is this: Does that sound a bit heavy? I don't mean it to be. But that's what fear does. It keeps you away from the truth. What baggage do you pack and carry daily even though it's weighing you down? What myths and stories do you keep alive in the retelling of them? If you lived a confident life what would be happening that isn't occuring now?
What would be the first story you would like to reframe now? Where do you tell stories so that people understand you and your past? Think about your answers to those and these questions today: When you say 'I don't have the confidence', what specifically do you mean? In what areas of your life are you confident? If you were confident, what would it feel like? What does a confidence person behave like? Is that the truth? What would be happening if you had all the confidence you needed?

Would it be fair to say that you are more confident in some areas of your life than others? Would it be fair to say that when you didn't feel stress, anxiety or fear your confidence is high? Would it be fair to say that you feel confident in situations and with people who you know and love you?
All perfectly natural if your answers are yes. Reflect on these Where are you stopping yourself because of a lack of confidence? Where is the lack causing you pain? Where in life do you say 'I can't'? What are you afraid to try?
