Margherita checked us earlier , she arrived very fast after I called her.

We spend incredible time in Venice! Sure we'll be back! The apartment is modern and spacious. Plenty of amenities supplied ie coffee, tea, sugar, shampoo etc and it has great water views from every window. Would definitely recommend as the apartment was so nice, clean, quiet and perfectly located. Margherita was very kind and professional. Very quick to respond to any of our questions. The place is a little pricey for what it is but it is very comfortable. Highly recommended for families. I like the place because it is very near to the attraction and shops!

I moved them and was fine after that. There were some mosquitoes, probably as everywhere in Venice, not a big problem. Also the host has provided anti-mosquito plug-in upon our request. Modern, fully equipped apartment in great location. Bad smells outside the apartment door. Nearly missed the need to contact re keys prior to arrival as had been cruising two weeks prior. There was an email via booking. We got lucky and arrived when a cleaner was there and was able to make a time to meet.

Very roomy accomodation in central venice. Top position , few steps from Rialto Bridge and very near to San Marco. Would have been nice to have 2 bathrooms with 2 couples staying there. The second bedroom is smaller than the first bedroom and has no hanging space but is adequate. The location is great. There were a number of marks on the walls and a lot of ants especially in the sitting room area.

The location is just perfect minutes away from rialto Bridge and St Marks Square. The size of the apartments were fab and the windows onto the canal were a view not to be missed. Unfortunately we did see a number of small ants in the bathroom and on the family room floor when we woke up after our first night.

We contacted Margherita who was apologetic and she sent someone to deal with them. We thought they were gone but when we returned from dinner the next night we found they were back. Property was beautiful and in a terrific location close to everything. Kitchen and bathrooms were clean and well stocked. Furniture was new and in great condition. Lots of room for a family of 5. Margherita our host was great. Met us at the property and gave us great restaurant and site seeing advice. When we called about a couple of concerns she was responsive and dealt with them immediately. Our wifi did go down for awhile, but it was dealt with promptly.

Other than a little mix up with the payment, which was quickly realised, the stay was perfect! Great location, beautiful views, clean, helpful staff! AC not in the rooms. We had a view where you could see the piazza. Breakfast on the terrace was lovely. It is a renovated place with a new bathroom and kitchen.

Very close to Plaza San Marcos! Host was lovely and helpful! Breakfast was brought to us every morning on time. And thus it is true also with selecting a place in Venice, especially one that has a terrific location close to the major sights and sites, has a view of a canal, and is affordable. The guy is a little bit rough he can even be agressive if you just ask: It was centrally located to all the tourist spots, and in a nice quiet location.

Great location, great staff. Everything that I dreamt it would be. Pure gold, Venice is just the place to ever go. Location and the host was wonderful. Room had too much noise coming through upstairs floor. Shower was very small and bathroom was under a stairwell so you knocked your head on the roof when you got up from toilet. Lighting very dull in room. No one lived on property so unable to communicate problems till breakfast time next day. The breakfast was good. Very difficult to find, Poor breakfast, Seemed like a room in a house rather than a hotel. Had cookies and coffee in the room refilled daily.

Good spacious room and toilet. Had a common kitchen and fridge. The building was m from riyalto, nearby cafe, grocery etc Very centrally located. Every thing was great. Could come to the room many times a day due to its good location. This Property was described as an annex to a Hotel, this was a room in a private apartment block with no hotel facilities no where near any hotel. The Entrance was through a very dark passage way particularly dangerous at night as the lighting was virtually none existent, only operated by a light switch hidden at the end of the corridor once you found it, and hanging off the wall in a dangerous condition There was a suspicious presence of Rats in the entrance corridor where rubbish was left in the evening, which attracted a Rat that ran away when we entered the building on our return on our first night There was no change of towels over our three night stay The Shower Head barely worked There was no fire escape plan or advise from the owner in case of an emergency The Room had a large Mosquito presence with a plug in insect repelant machine that wasn't working resulting in both me and my wife receiving several bites Somewhere to rest and that's about it.

There is no staff on site but tge staff who took us to our room was friendly. However he should have at least showed us where the light switches are - all were manually operated.

Once you enter the building it is so dark and yoy have to fumble to look for the switches. This is indeed very unsafe - also there is no elevator so we had to lug our luggage two floors and both of us are no spring chickens. The location - very close to the canal and shopping incuding tge Realto Bridge. We had a balcony with a canal view and breakfast brought to us every morning! Tim was a great host. There was No signage except for a tiny sign on the door which we walked passed many times.

The locals we asked did'didn't even know where it was. It did't help with the water taxi sending us the wrong way We were put in room 3 having to go up 6 flights of stairs. My husband being registered disabled was,nt easy. Not worth the money. The breakfast was awlful very very noisy. No glasses for drinks. Toilet button falls off when pulling flush. Always banging head when standing up. Once knowing were we were ideal location for st marks and rialto bridge. Good size and once you got used to the exact location, close to everything. Grocery store right around the corner.
